A plain-language summary of how we handle information when you use Memoria Nova. This is not legal advice; update with counsel before a broad launch.

What we collect

Account information (email, name, sign-in method).
Return and recipient mailing addresses you provide for postcards.
Postcard designs, photos you upload, and order/fulfillment status.
Payment metadata via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
Technical logs (e.g. request IDs) to operate and debug the service.

How we use it

To run the product: print and mail postcards, send transactional email (approvals, reminders, delivery updates), prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We use fulfillment partners (e.g. Lob) and infrastructure providers needed to operate the app.

Retention & your choices

You can update your return address and saved contacts in the dashboard. For account deletion or data requests, contact us via Help.
