Today Memoria Nova supports United States to United States mail only — your return address and your recipient's address must both be valid U.S. mailing addresses.
We never print without your OK. You'll get a proof to review and an approve-by time based on your delivery date. Approve (or update your design and regenerate proof) before that cutoff so we can meet the mail date.
One Memoria credit mails one postcard. You can buy credits in advance or pay per send at checkout. Recurring series spend a credit when each cycle opens.
We show estimated delivery windows up front. They're based on production time, transit, and (when we have enough data) recent Lob performance — not a guaranteed delivery date. You'll get email updates if timing shifts.
Open the order from your dashboard and copy the order ID. Check your email for anything from Memoria Nova, then contact us via Help with that ID so we can look up fulfillment logs.
After a piece is mailed, we plan the next occurrence. You'll get reminder emails before approve-by and edit-lock deadlines. You can pause, resume, or skip the next cycle from your dashboard when the series is active.
